This year, children were asked to come in their favourite book character or come dressed in pyjamas, ready for an amzing day of celebrating books and reading for pleasure. Throughout the day, we all enjoyed online quizzes, building reading dens, sharing books with other year groups, looking at all the entries for our 'Book in a Box'  and we also took part in our 'decorate your door' competition.

In our assembly, we shared the entries to the competitions and the winners were awarded 'book' prizes.

Here is just a taste of our day.
