Maths - Your child will receive a weekly Maths activity sheet which will reflect current learning in the classroom. Please also encourage your child to practise their times tables (and even their division inverses!)  on Times Table Rockstars (TTRS).  All children should know their times tables up to 12 x 12 by the end of Year 4. Constantly rehearsing these facts enables speedy recall which assists your child so much in all areas of maths - not just times tables directly.

English - Children will have '10' weekly spellings to learn - see the Spelling Schedules below. Please also listen to your child read at least '5' times a week (and sign their homework diary); the 'little and often' approach has a huge impact on your child's reading. Evidenced 'home reads' will earn courts!
