Maths - Your child will receive a weekly Maths sheet which comprises of the four operations. Please also encourage your child to practise their times tables (and even their division inverses!)  for Times Table Rockstars (TTRS).  Constantly rehearsing these facts enables speedy recall which assists your child so much in all areas of maths - not just times tables directly.

English - Children will have '10' weekly spellings to learn - see this term's Spelling Schedule below. Please also listen to your child read at least '5' times a week (and sign their homework diary); the 'little and often' approach has a huge impact on your child's reading. Remember - evidenced 'home reads' earn courts!
